When copper IUDs or copper chains are removed, there are often small injuries to the cervical canal or the cervix. Be sure that everything is properly healed and, if in doubt, talk to your doctor before using trackle. Since the copper IUD / copper chain did not affect your cycle hormonally, the measurements with trackle are also not affected – if you are not injured you can start using trackle any time.
Please note: trackle needs a complete cycle (meaning from the first day of menstruation to the first day of the next menstruation, with an ovulation measured and determined by trackle in between) to evaluate your data (and to prepare a prognoses for the next cycle).
