The morning-after pill either causes your ovulation to be delayed or to not occur at all during that cycle. The cycle during which you take the morning-after pill is no longer undisturbed by artificial hormones, so trackle cannot evaluate this current cycle. You can stop measuring your temperature for the rest of the cycle. The next cycle, you can measure as usual.
