t: lowest quality
- Feel: dry, rough, itchy, unpleasant feeling AND
- Appearance: nothing visible, no cervical mucus at the vaginal entrance

Feel: nothing noticeable, no moisture, nothing felt at vaginal entrance AND
Appearance: nothing visible, no cervical mucus at the vaginal entrance
f:
Feel: moist BUT
Appearance: nothing visible, no cervical mucus at vaginal entrance
S:
Feel: moist or nothing noticeable AND
Appearance: thick, whitish, cloudy, creamy, lumpy, yellowish, sticky, milky, not stretchy or viscous
S+:
Feel: moist or nothing noticeable AND
Appearance: glassy, clear, opaque, like raw egg whites (clear streaked with white threads), stretchy or spinnable
OR
- Feel: wet, slippery, slippery, as if oiled, smooth AND / OR
- Appearance: glassy, glassy translucent, like raw egg white (glassy interspersed with white threads), stretchy or spinnable, stringy, liquid, so thin that it "runs away like water", reddish, reddish-brown, yellowish-reddish
