trackle needs your basal temperature value for the evaluation – that is the lowest temperature of the night, which your body reaches only while you sleep, in absolute rest. That’s why it doesn’t matter when you insert or remove the sensor – as soon as you start waking up, your basal body temperature rises. Those values are no longer relevant for trackle and are not included in the evaluation.
