If you have a bladder infection, contact your doctor in any case and discuss the further procedure with him/her.

Since the trackle sensor is made of medical silicone, is completely inert (chemically uninvolved) and contains no cytotoxic or genotoxic substances, a connection between trackle and a bladder infection is unlikely.

In general, we recommend that you do not use trackle until your bladder infection has healed and that you clean it as follows to avoid re-infection:

Carefully disinfect it with 70% isopropyl alcohol and then rinse it thoroughly with water. Please also disinfect its storage box and station. When using isopropyl alcohol, please follow the directions of use of the product.

Please note: over the entire lifetime of your trackle sensor (two or two and a half years), you must not use this procedure more than twenty times.
