Yes, you can definitely do that!
When you remove your trackle in the morning, there is often cervical mucus right on the sensor. You can use this as a first indicator for your daily observation.
However, there are a few important things to keep in mind:
- Be consistent: If you decide to include cervical mucus on the sensor in your assessment, it’s important that you actually check it there every day. This will ensure that your observations remain consistent.
- Once a day isn’t enough: Since your cervical mucus can change throughout the day due to hormonal fluctuations, simply checking the sensor in the morning isn’t enough. You should still check several times a day—for example, every time you use the restroom—to see if the quality of your cervical mucus has changed or improved as the day goes on.
- It’s all about the best quality: The best cervical mucus quality of the day is always what matters most for your analysis. So if you notice in the afternoon that your mucus is more glassy than it was on the sensor that morning, simply update your entry directly in the trackle app. Then check your updated fertility status on the home screen.
Our tip: Use the sensor in the morning as your first check-in of the day. Then, throughout the day, when you go to the bathroom, gently wipe the entrance to your vagina with a clean finger or a piece of toilet paper to complete your observation. Just like in the morning, always pay attention to what you feel, see, and sense.
