The reason for this error is that your data is being transmitted faster than your smartphone can process it. This causes the data transmission to be interrupted. We recommend the following steps in the order listed below. As soon as data flow is re-established, the data transmission will work again. No data is lost and there is no malfunction of the sensor or error in the evaluation:

  1. Restart the synchronisation immediately after the error occurred.

  2. Restart the app (really “swipe it off the screen”, so you are really closing it, not just leaving it).

  3. Restart your smartphone.

  4. Update your smartphone to the latest version of iOS or Android.
